Once We have received your form you’ll be contacted via phone to discuss your photo session. You will be guided though the various session options we have available and make sure you get what you are after.  We will cover possible dates and availability, upon full payment of your booking fee your session will be locked in and confirmed. 

Session booking fess can be paid via direct deposit, credit card or Afterpay.

Once you’re all booked in we will shoot through a Welcome pack. This includes how you’ll need to prepare for your session (what to wear, where to go and how to prepare your family).

Welcome to the Chance studio space. Time to sit back relax and enjoy the session magic!

Once your session is complete, we will run through the available products and take a look at the samples I have available in the studio. You will be given a take home version of our product guide along with our full price list. 

After your session you will receive an invite to arrange a time for you to come back for your purchasing appointment. This may also be offered via zoom.

During this this appointment you will see a gallery of your images, choose your image package, additional items and discuss/ design your home wall art display for your cherished family photos. 

This appointment will need to be held no later than 2 weeks after your session and will require all decision makers to be present. 

Once your order has been place with Chance Photographics, we get straight to work on final editing and preparation for sending off to our quality suppliers. 3-6 weeks later your package will be ready for you along with any digital downloads included in your order.
