The Studio

Welcome to the Chance Photographics studio. This is one of my favourite places to be, and I can't wait to welcome you into it.

From the moment you arrive, you'll have full access to my collection of beautiful fabric backdrops, wraps, furs and props — all chosen with care and quality in mind, and added to almost daily, so there's always something new to play with. Whether it's a soft layered newborn setup or a bright, playful theme for the little ones, there's plenty here to make your session feel special and completely yours.

For my sessions I mainly use flash lighting, set to the same temperature as daylight, so no matter what the weather's doing outside, your images stay soft, warm and consistent. Every now and then I'll reach for natural light or an artificial light that mimics that same feel, but flash is what lets me keep your photos looking their best from start to finish.

If you've booked an in-home session, I'll bring a select few of these pieces along so you've still got plenty to choose from in the comfort of your own space. And for my Little White Box Collective mini sessions, you'll step into the big white box itself — a custom-built set that gives every theme its clean, bright, playful backdrop.

There's a fully stocked change table too, plus a few activities to keep any little siblings amused... well, for the first two minutes at least!

Sessions can run for a little while, so please make yourselves comfortable. Feel free to take a nap!

I moved the fabrics and props right to the top so the warmth and quality lead the page, kept the humour intact and grouped the in-home and LWBC lines together so the session types flow nicely. Happy to adjust the opening line or trim anywhere if it runs long for your layout.
